I have experience working with many issues including survivors of abuse including domestic abuse, sexual abuse and sexual violence and families who were affected by it, bereavement, trauma, post-natal depression, anxiety, depression/ low mood.

Often children and adolescents can't recognise their thoughts and emotions, confused about their place in the world. As a child-therapist, I use my skills and knowledge to help me recognise what may be going on for the young person, through play, and how best to work with them to offer them the opportunity to explore their own thoughts, feelings and emotions, and their place in the world.

People with long-term health conditions are more vulnerable to depression, and talking therapies have been proven to help
Talking therapies may also help people with dementia and people looking after them
