I can provide you with a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings which can help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
I have extensive experience working with adults with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, survivors of abuse, pre and post-natal depression and bereavement.
I also have extensive experience working within the NHS so am able to offer genuine empathy and understanding to anyone who may be struggling with fears and anxieties.
At present my work involves working with children and young people in schools, aswell as working in private practice with all age groups from 4years old and beyond, and providing groups for a wide range of difficulties.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists), meaning I adhere to and meet their high standards of proficiency, professionalism and ethical practice.
My qualifications post training include an MA in children and young peoples mental health aswell as a BA (Hons) in counselling solutions.
Aside from my qualifications and experience I am a human being, I believe everyone has it within themselves to be who they want to be and I am passionate about walking beside you on your journey to reaching your full potential.
